A posi track skid steer loader ( or commonly referred to as multi-terrain loader) is built to work on soft, sandy and slippery conditions as the tracks enables better traction and stability on different terrains. While a wheeled loaders have a compact rigid frame and it weighs less than the posi track making it easy to transport from site to site.
